Ethan Newels So here is the thing i love working out, but no matter what i do or take i just seem to get stronger and not bigger. I want more size in my arms and shoulders, but cant seem to get there. so what should i do, lift lighter weights more reps, lift heavier and less reps whats the secret ive heard it both ways.

William I met the HULK Lou Farigno, a few weeks ago, i asked him for body buidling adivce, i think he said train 3 times a week and do ten reps. I change up my routines every now and then. If wanna build really lean muscle do i need to more bench press stuff, because i don't really do bench pressing i just use to dum bells

Mike Smith people need to shut up about steroids, steroids is nothing without the kind of work like lou and arnold do, sure steroids help but its mostly what you do that makes a body like lou's, steroids is pretty much just another supplement like how people take muscle milk or any protein shakes try taking steroids without working out like a beast everyday
